As a first time home buyer, the process of getting pre- approved for a loan was intimidating. I got turned down the first time by my loan office. However, my realtor told me that Nathalie would be able to help. She is knowledgeable, friendly, professional, to the point, and always available when I needed her. I felt very comfortable with her which is important with such an important purchase. Amanda Rockwell was apart of my experience. She was always happy to help and answer any questions I had. Brian and his team were amazing in my first experience of buying a home! I was extremely nervous even to start this, but I was recommended to go through the Hunton team, and I am so happy I did! Upon the initial phone call with Brian, he was very helpful with all my questions, sent me an email of things I would need, set me up with members from his team, and asked me to call him the following day for further questions. It was awesome! Unfortunately, I never got to meet Brian and his team, given all of our conversations were via email or phone, but they all were extremely responsive, clear, and concise EVERY step of the way.
