Brian and his team made our home buying process so much easier than expected. This was our 3rd time buying, so we know how stressful it can, and is, buying a home. They were always very professional, and kept us, our realtor, and the sellers realtor informed. Working with Brian and everyone at MBA was great. The mortgage process is convoluted and Brian laid everything out in an organized and easily understandable fashion. There were a lot of hoops to jump through for a USDA loan and he helped us all along the way and was available when I had to ask any questions. We had problems along the way with small things and we solved them quickly and kept the process moving. It was a lot to wrap your head around and having someone that completely understands the process is a must-have. Brian came as a recommendation from family and I would continue recommending him to friends and family for the great work he does.
