When we started our home search, we weren’t even certain which state we would purchase in. I was working six days/65+hours a week and we were entirely new to the home buying process. Brian worked with us to make sure we were well informed and helped get all of the paperwork arranged around our busy schedule. We ended up in a great home and were able to close two weeks early thanks to Brian’s rapid response to everything. Best of all, the down payment was close to half what I had expected!

I cannot give Brian and his team enough positive praise! We had a less than ideal buying experience due to builder delays on new construction, but Brian and his team were with us in our corner every step of the way. They provided flawless communication and service, sometimes emailing me back late at night or early hours of the morning when most people are tuned out from their work-life. Rest assured that every step of the way they are looking out for your best interest and will fight for their clients. I cannot express the amount of gratitude I have for Brian, Amanda and Mickey, they are truly a rockstar team. I would 100% recommend working with them!

Brian and his team were amazing in my first experience of buying a home! I was extremely nervous even to start this, but I was recommended to go through the Hunton team, and I am so happy I did! Upon the initial phone call with Brian, he was very helpful with all my questions, sent me an email of things I would need, set me up with members from his team, and asked me to call him the following day for further questions. It was awesome! Unfortunately, I never got to meet Brian and his team, given all of our conversations were via email or phone, but they all were extremely responsive, clear, and concise EVERY step of the way. They even reached out after the first month of moving in to see how everything was going! I am very much pleased with all the work The Hunton Team provided me, in this normally stressful time. I will definitely go back for future needs!
