This was my first time going through the home-buying process, and there wasn’t a text/e-mail/phone call that Sebastian didn’t respond to ASAP. It was very reassuring to have someone like him working with you because you feel at times like you are asking a lot of ‘stupid’ questions. I was doing a lot of the paperwork from a remote work location as well, several hours from Central Massachusetts, and he always made sure to figure out a way to make things work. 2018: We met Larry at an open house and he had some mortgage programs that our current broker did not offer. He was also very good at pretending to play the piano! Being first-time homebuyers Larry made the process simple, laid out everything for us step by step, and was only a call or text away. Once we found the house, he made sure everything was in order and ready to go. Larry made a very stressful house search easier since we knew that our mortgage was covered. He was even able to visit us at our closing, five stars, would definitely recommend him to anyone and everyone. 2019: With mortgage rates dropping, we had reached out to Larry to see what our options were and if we could save any money. Larry is always quick to respond, and with good news too! He was able to save us a decent amount of money and right before Christmas too! The refinance took less than a month and had zero stress since we knew he had it covered. Will always be a repeat customer, Larry is professional, a great neighbor, and an all-around good guy.
