We were buying new construction and we decided to switch our lenders at the very last minute as we believed that we were not getting the best rate. In this process, we contacted few lenders and Sebastian stood out the most. While the other lenders were trying to beat each other’s rate, Sebastian from day 1 provided with the lowest and the best rate. We did give him a very tight deadline to complete all the loan processes but he and his team did not disappoint. In the end, we got the best rate and also a very low closing cost.
