My wife and I went to Brian a long time before we got serious about buying a house. My wife and I both have a lot of Student Debt which is a source of stress. Adding myself as a co-signer to my son’s loan application created more paperwork and complicated the processing. However, with Matthew and Amanda’s skill and diligence, we closed on time. I appreciate their great work, we could not have done it without them.

What a process! There were a few times during this home buying purchase I WOULD have been hyperventilating into a paper bag… if not for the MBA Mortgage team. Every-single-question (and many!) were addressed, answered, and the team even followed up!
