We worked with Sebastian when we began the (long) process of finding a house. We engaged him early on, before we started looking and he prepared us well. He gave us honest feedback and clear suggestions to maximize our financial foundation. Throughout the process he was wonderful. It was seamless. Daniel was very prompt in responding to all of my inquiries and was patient with me through the whole process. Daniel was very patient and offered honest advice for me when I was going through my first property investment. This was my first time going through the home-buying process, and there wasn’t a text/e-mail/phone call that Sebastian didn’t respond to ASAP. I really can’t express enough how amazing Brian was from the get-go. I was a first-time homeowner and I walked into this process as if I were blindfolded, with so much nervousness and so many questions. Where do I begin with MBA? From the moment I started speaking with Danny Le (getting approved), at the start of the process, all the way to the very end (getting through underwriting) with Brianna V and Maria D., I truly could tell I was in the hands of some very competent, sharp, responsible, experienced people. Danny Le got me the lowest possible interest rate of anyone I know. I interviewed so many mortgage companies (an unhealthy amount) and Danny’s rate won by a massive margin every single time. Even after MBA paid for my closing costs, my rate was still under 3%. Mitchell C. was patient, helpful, and reachable during the DocuSign process. Brianna and Maria towards the end were immensely responsive and strategic. They were honest about the process, never over-promising or bullshitting me, but also keeping things positive, practical and moving along. As long as I was providing the documents and verifications they were asking for, they were always readying to take that next leap in the process. There was never a delay. Even the appraisal, which was ordered by them, was done exactly on time without issue. In general I’ve heard so many horror stories about buying a house, I really was prepared to experience my own horror story, but MBA came through like true mortgage lending scientists and I could not have had an easier journey. As a first time home buyer, Team Hunton was great with helping me throughout the process. At times I was unsure of what documentation may be needed throughout the whole process in applying to buy home. Christina Destefano and Russ Vescovi were super helpful in the process, especially when I may had been confused on certain documents for the loan. The biggest thing for me is that they were very responsive in helping me identify the specific documents that were needed for the lender. She told me exactly what I was eligible for and would even go as far as to crunch the numbers for me so I had an idea what my monthly mortgage would look like in specific houses we were looking at. I felt very comfortable with her which is important with such an important purchase. I would recommend her to anyone.

2018: We met Larry at an open house and he had some mortgage programs that our current broker did not offer. He was also very good at pretending to play the piano! Being first-time homebuyers Larry made the process simple, laid out everything for us step by step, and was only a call or text away. Once we found the house, he made sure everything was in order and ready to go. Larry made a very stressful house search easier since we knew that our mortgage was covered. He was even able to visit us at our closing, five stars, would definitely recommend him to anyone and everyone. 2019: With mortgage rates dropping, we had reached out to Larry to see what our options were and if we could save any money. Larry is always quick to respond, and with good news too! He was able to save us a decent amount of money and right before Christmas too! The refinance took less than a month and had zero stress since we knew he had it covered. Will always be a repeat customer, Larry is professional, a great neighbor, and an all-around good guy.
