Wow!

Where do I begin with MBA? From the moment I started speaking with Danny Le (getting approved), at the start of the process, all the way to the very end (getting through underwriting) with Brianna V and Maria D., I truly could tell I was in the hands of some very competent, sharp, responsible, experienced people. Danny Le got me the lowest possible interest rate of anyone I know. I interviewed so many mortgage companies (an unhealthy amount) and Danny’s rate won by a massive margin every single time. Even after MBA paid for my closing costs, my rate was still under 3%. Mitchell C. was patient, helpful, and reachable during the DocuSign process. Brianna and Maria towards the end were immensely responsive and strategic. They were honest about the process, never over-promising or bullshitting me, but also keeping things positive, practical and moving along. As long as I was providing the documents and verifications they were asking for, they were always readying to take that next leap in the process. There was never a delay. Even the appraisal, which was ordered by them, was done exactly on time without issue. In general I’ve heard so many horror stories about buying a house, I really was prepared to experience my own horror story, but MBA came through like true mortgage lending scientists and I could not have had an easier journey. MBA? More like MVPs! I plan to purchase more buildings in the future and I can’t imagine doing that without the MBA Mortgage team.

Daniel was very patient and offered honest advice for me when I was going through my first property investment. He provided off-hours support and is very thorough in explaining every single line item in the loan worksheet, etc. He is responsive to my realtor and lawyer and is very respectful of my decisions during the negotiation and loan processes. In my opinion, when it comes to mortgages, the quoted rate and term and fees are obviously important, but you also need to know that the mortgage professional will follow through on the quote without surprises at closing. That is the experience I had with Team Hunton at MBA Mortgage.

We were very fortunate to work with Danny Le. He is a well-versed individual who proactively assisted us throughout our refinancing process. Patient and professional, he provided us proper contacts and answered all of our questions. We couldn’t have asked for a smoother process.

My wife and I went to Brian a long time before we got serious about buying a house. My wife and I both have a lot of Student Debt which is a source of stress. I actually get overtly catastrophist about money. He was very comforting and laid out a very easy-to-follow, step-by-step plan for us to become homeowners. This was my first time going through the home-buying process, and there wasn’t a text/e-mail/phone call that Sebastian didn’t respond to ASAP. It was very reassuring to have someone like him working with you because you feel at times like you are asking a lot of ‘stupid’ questions. I was doing a lot of the paperwork from a remote work location as well, several hours from Central Massachusetts, and he always made sure to figure out a way to make things work. It was an absolute pleasure working with Sebastian.

We were buying new construction and we decided to switch our lenders at the very last minute as we believed that we were not getting the best rate. In this process, we contacted few lenders and Sebastian stood out the most. While the other lenders were trying to beat each other’s rate, Sebastian from day 1 provided with the lowest and the best rate. We did give him a very tight deadline to complete all the loan processes but he and his team did not disappoint. In the end, we got the best rate and also a very low closing cost.
