Working with Brian H and Brianna V, they provided top-notch service. The entire process was a very smooth transaction. Brian H was very responsive and very helpful with both presenting and helping me understand my refinance options. Brianna’s excellent communication and ability to continuously follow-up throughout the entire process to provide updates, without me having to check-in in first, always made me feel like she was on top of things. It created a sense of transparency where I was always felt like I was kept up to date on what was going on and where we were in the process. All my emails and/or phone calls were typically always responded to same-day where I never felt like I was chasing someone to help me. When it came time to work with my particular lender, Brianna made me feel like she always was working in my best interest. Whether it be helping me with understanding disclosures or making it clear of deadlines that needed to be met, she always was willing the help and kept things organized throughout the transaction. We cannot say enough good things about our experience with Brian and his entire team (Amanda and Russ)!! Brian helped us out when we reached out to him on a Saturday afternoon to get us an updated pre-qualification letter. He responded instantly and worked diligently to get us the letter that weekend to put an offer on a house. From that point on, he was never out of contact or unavailable. Brian and his team are super professional, detail-oriented, and put 110% into your particular situation. We never felt out of the loop, he always did a great job of explaining the current situation in our closing process, and what the next steps would look like.
