Brian and his team were amazing in my first experience of buying a home! I was extremely nervous even to start this, but I was recommended to go through the Hunton team, and I am so happy I did! Upon the initial phone call with Brian, he was very helpful with all my questions, sent me an email of things I would need, set me up with members from his team, and asked me to call him the following day for further questions. I had my first experience working with MBA Mortgage for a Loan Refinance. I had an excellent experience in working with them to close my deal. Working with Brian H and Brianna V, they provided top-notch service. The entire process was a very smooth transaction. Brian H was very responsive and very helpful with both presenting and helping me understand my refinance options. Brianna’s excellent communication and ability to continuously follow-up throughout the entire process to provide updates, without me having to check-in in first, always made me feel like she was on top of things. It created a sense of transparency where I was always felt like I was kept up to date on what was going on and where we were in the process. All my emails and/or phone calls were typically always responded to same-day where I never felt like I was chasing someone to help me. When it came time to work with my particular lender, Brianna made me feel like she always was working in my best interest. Whether it be helping me with understanding disclosures or making it clear of deadlines that needed to be met, she always was willing the help and kept things organized throughout the transaction.
