Working with Brian and everyone at MBA was great. The mortgage process is convoluted and Brian laid everything out in an organized and easily understandable fashion. There were a lot of hoops to jump through for a USDA loan and he helped us all along the way and was available when I had to ask any questions. We had problems along the way with small things and we solved them quickly and kept the process moving. It was a lot to wrap your head around and having someone that completely understands the process is a must-have. Brian came as a recommendation from family and I would continue recommending him to friends and family for the great work he does.

MBA was a great mortgage lender. I shopped a few lenders before Brian Hunton was recommended by my realtor. He and his team were excellent they went above and beyond for my deal and worked after hours numerous times to help get the deal done. FHA was extremely nitpicky and tedious but Brian made the process seamless. I would highly recommend MBA to anyone that’s looking to finance a house! Thanks Again Brian and the MBA Team!!

Brianna worked extremely hard and efficiently on not only handling my mortgage but through communication both through phone and emails! FLEXIBLE, FRIENDLY AND EFFICIENT

As a first time home buyer, the process of getting pre-approved for a loan was intimidating. Nathalie was knowledgeable and always available when I needed her. She was friendly but she did not sugar coat things. She told me exactly what I was eligible for and would even go as far as to crunch the numbers for me so I had an idea what my monthly mortgage would look like in specific houses we were looking at. I felt very comfortable with her which is important with such an important purchase. I would recommend her to anyone.

I really liked working with Team Hunton. They did a great job keeping us informed of what was going on and information that they needed to make the whole process go as smoothly as possible, during the Corona Virus. Would highly recommend this team of professionals.

We had such a great experience with Nathalie and Christina. From inquiring about our loan process to closing, as first time home buyers we had plenty of questions. Nathalie was so kind, patient and responsive as she educated us every step of the way. These ladies made everything EASY! It is so helpful working with people who are friendly and encouraging, I couldn’t imagine choosing anyone else in the future.

I would recommend his service to anyone. Sebastian’s knowledge, personality, and more are all qualities that deserve more recognition. He was the best!
