As a first time home buyer, the process of getting pre- approved for a loan was intimidating. I got turned down the first time by my loan office. However, my realtor told me that Nathalie would be able to help. She is knowledgeable, friendly, professional, to the point, and always available when I needed her. I felt very comfortable with her which is important with such an important purchase. Amanda Rockwell was apart of my experience. She was always happy to help and answer any questions I had. Brian and his team were amazing in my first experience of buying a home! I was extremely nervous even to start this, but I was recommended to go through the Hunton team, and I am so happy I did! I really can’t express enough how amazing Brian was from the get-go. I was a first-time homeowner and I walked into this process as if I were blindfolded, with so much nervousness and so many questions. From the start, Brian reviewed my info thoroughly and was very confident he could help me with a loan and easy-going, to boot. Even since the purchase, Brian has been in touch with a congratulations card, check-ins, and even there to guide me through my first mortgage payment, etc… all with no prompting. He is amazing. As a first time home buyer, Team Hunton was great with helping me throughout the process. At times I was unsure of what documentation may be needed throughout the whole process in applying to buy home. Christina Destefano and Russ Vescovi were super helpful in the process, especially when I may had been confused on certain documents for the loan. The biggest thing for me is that they were very responsive in helping me identify the specific documents that were needed for the lender. Nathalie is truly amazing. She is more than just a lender to me. She made me feel like family. I trust her with everything. She made me feel important every step of the way. She walked me threw everything and did as much explaining as i needed. Sometimes i felt more like a pain than a client but she never got frustrated with me. Truely wonderful women.

My wife and I went to Brian a long time before we got serious about buying a house. My wife and I both have a lot of Student Debt which is a source of stress. We highly recommend Sebastian. This is the second time we are working with him, the first time was when we closed on the house a year ago! Where do I begin with MBA? From the moment I started speaking with Danny Le (getting approved), at the start of the process, all the way to the very end (getting through underwriting) with Brianna V and Maria D., I truly could tell I was in the hands of some very competent, sharp, responsible, experienced people. Danny Le got me the lowest possible interest rate of anyone I know. I interviewed so many mortgage companies (an unhealthy amount) and Danny’s rate won by a massive margin every single time. Even after MBA paid for my closing costs, my rate was still under 3%. Mitchell C. was patient, helpful, and reachable during the DocuSign process. Brianna and Maria towards the end were immensely responsive and strategic. They were honest about the process, never over-promising or bullshitting me, but also keeping things positive, practical and moving along. As long as I was providing the documents and verifications they were asking for, they were always readying to take that next leap in the process. There was never a delay. Even the appraisal, which was ordered by them, was done exactly on time without issue. In general I’ve heard so many horror stories about buying a house, I really was prepared to experience my own horror story, but MBA came through like true mortgage lending scientists and I could not have had an easier journey. MBA? More like MVPs! I plan to purchase more buildings in the future and I can’t imagine doing that without the MBA Mortgage team.

Brian was awesome! He made everything understandable and had all the papers/information ready on time.
