We were first-time home buyers so we had no idea what the process was/what to expect. We worked with Bill and Kristen and they were fantastic in helping us through the process and keeping us informed. We worked with Nathalie to get approved for our first home loan! She was diligent and attentive from beginning to end! She educated us on the process and we trusted her input as we were making decisions throughout the process. We were thrilled when we got such a big credit to put toward our closing cost! She made sure we locked in at the right time and worked day and night to ensure a timely closing! She was always available for a call/text and kept us updated appropriately!
