He and his team were excellent they went above and beyond for my deal and worked after hours numerous times to help get the deal done. We recently closed on our house and couldn’t have been happier with the service we received. We started out working with Russ and he is very quick about getting things started and talking us through the entire process and what our next steps would be. Then we were connected with Christina who worked with us to get all the papers we signed quickly and was fast with responses and any and all answers we needed. We knew that no matter what we needed they were both right there for us! We had just started looking in April/May 2021 and were so thankful that with all their fast and efficient work were able to close on our new home by the end of June!

We highly recommend Sebastian. This is the second time we are working with him, the first time was when we closed on the house a year ago! The second time around, he called us congratulating us on our 1 year house-versary. Let us know that the mortgage rates at this time are much lower than last year when we closed. I was skeptical, considering that I am also paying for a wedding, didn’t know that we could refinance at this time. Considering closing costs and such. But he made the process so much easier! I just sent him over some paperwork, and then bam, it was all set to close. All I had to do was show up at the lawyer and sign the paperwork. As a first time home buyer, Team Hunton was great with helping me throughout the process. At times I was unsure of what documentation may be needed throughout the whole process in applying to buy home. Christina Destefano and Russ Vescovi were super helpful in the process, especially when I may had been confused on certain documents for the loan. The biggest thing for me is that they were very responsive in helping me identify the specific documents that were needed for the lender. Trying to purchase a home in the midst of Covid is probably the craziest thing I’ve done, and I went in with the intention that maybe the process would take a very long time due to being backed up with more clients than just me, however they were very on-top of things. I found the home I wanted, we started the process at the very end of August, and now I’ll be closing on my first home tomorrow (the process took about a month). I’m really happy I chose Hunton – MBA Mortgage for the process overall, Christina and Russ were great and very pleasant to work with.
